We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if the hygiene liner is removed or damaged), and accessories like earrings.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

  1. Start your return or exchange.
  2. Print your pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. View our detailed return policy and find answers to frequently asked questions.

Important Notes

  • Please allow time for your return to be processed and inspected once it reaches our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and will process a replacement or full refund for the item as soon as possible.
