Delivery Issues
What if I’m not home?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically follow their standard procedure. This may include leaving the package in a safe place at your address, delivering to a nearby locker, or leaving a notice with instructions for pickup.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package.
First, please check around your property, with neighbors, or in any designated safe places. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided, as they will have the most precise delivery information. If the carrier is unable to assist, please contact our customer service team for further help.
My order was lost or damaged in transit.
